Shipping

Domestic: FREE Shipping in the United States will be via USPS in most cases. If you happen to order multiple copies of the book, first of all, thanks, secondly, your order may ship via UPS due to the increased package weight.

International: Shipping outside of the United States is unfortunately very expensive. To see the cost to ship to your country, please add the book to your shopping cart, and fill out your shipping information to receive a quote. I apologize sincerely for how expensive the shipping is. It's entirely out of my control.
